what's the difference between 9550 and 9550SE?

SE is cheaper, AND IT DOES NOT MEAN Special Edition. SE's are usually castrated versions of their older brothers, which in this case would be the 9550. IMO, go for the non-SE card. Or better yet, splurge all your savings on an ATI X800 PRO?! jkjkjk.

One is suckier than the other. ;)

just make sure it says 9550 128-bit and not 64-bit and you'll be fine.....as long as you don't plan on doing any serious gaming on it anyways.
