Go with the second one at $94... it's clocked at 250/275 with 3.3ns DDR RAM.
The $91 board is clcoked at 230/230.... been nicknamed the R8500LELE by many people due to the fact its clocked even lower then the official 8500LE specs.

The are OEM though, and don't come with a DVI to VGA Adaptor.... but that will only matter if you wish to connect two CRT monitors to the board.
You can purchase a seperate DVI to VGA adapter anyway should you desire one.

Hercules board is clocked at 250/250 and usually comes with 4NS DDR RAM.
it is a Retail product though, and comes with all of the extra software and cabling etc that the OEM products lack.
If you want the software bundle then it's a hell of a deal for only $99.

It pretty much comes down to the Hercules board or the $94 ATi board. Either one are damn nice deals.
If you want the retail bundle then go with the Hercules board, if you want the tiny bit higher clock and slightly better potenrtial overclockability then go with the $94 ATi board.

Does the Hercules support dual-display? It seems to have a CRT and a DVI output, but can it run both simulatneously?

Also, do you know if the ATI OEM at $94 comes with any warranty from ATI?
