I can't find a good comparison anywhere between the two and I don't know if the GTOC just comes preoverclocked or something and that you can get the same results with the rgular GT if you do it yourself

believe it is called a gt co and it is overclocked and has a copper heatsink...performs above a gt and below a gtx. In many tests it is right up there with a gtx...just ordered one from ZZF yesterday...comes with a free game of COD2 and a $25 rebate...

here is a review that might shed some light on it

eVGA is GT KO right? BFG is the 7800GT OC which I have, and so if you just clock a 7800GT at those speeds, you're at the same s peeds... No point...

evga 7800gt co

The co has a different cooler on it than the 7800gt. Thought about going that route but wanted the copper cooler. Its there for a reason.

So basically to sum that all up: its just oced with some different cooling solutions. Nothing special about it besides that. Often it would be better to get a deal on a reg GT and buy an aftermarket cooler to achieve even better results though im not sure on how the yields on the gt chips are looking. They could be just releasing those chips that are able to clock higher entirely to the corps that require them for their oced cards.
