what's the difference between 7500 retail and OEM

The OEM is 275/230, the retail is 290/230. It does tend to be slightly bandwidth limited however, so the real world performance difference is extremely small.

I know Newegg has a third party Radeoin 7500 in OEM that's only clocked at like 230/190 or something however, so you might want to watch out for that one.

Yeah beware of some of the junk showing up. My OEM was able to do 315/280 no problem, but while I had it I ran it at 300/275.
It was a made by Ati card.

i heard you could flash the radeons to retail bios and thus get the retail clock speed
