Whats the difference between 550 relaxed fit and 560 comfort fit?

I don't know, but I do know that Levi and comfort in the same sentence is fucking pure blasphemy. Levi has never, and will probably never make a comfortable pair of jeans.

Pelle Pelle distressed denim Jeans or True Religion Ricky Straight Studded Logo in Trailwinds. Levi's are overly stiff, nobody who works for that company seem to understand the definition of relaxed or comfort. Marc Ecko has some killer Cut & Sew jeans, but they're from last summer's collection. Apparently they stopped making Cut & Sew demin. Which is a shame. Actually, compared to the cost of books thats not so bad. It might be worth that kind of money to be happy all day in school. Way too much sitting and standing for anything less than perfect.
And I am not so depressed I will wear sweat pants to class. Thats just fucking lame.
 
Just go to the store and try them on, you friggin' hermit. You will find a 'style' of Levis that fits your preference and/or proportions.

And no one will know you're not wearing Diesel or Ed Hardly or what-the-shit-ever. If you really need to be cool, get a drill and make some holes.

Umm, I think you have just committed about 3 logical fallacies here.

I cant try on the stuff I want because very little is actually available around here. Manassas is full of undocumented immigrants and they buy 15 dollar wal-mart jeans. I already know those dont last long. Interestingly, they can be quite comfortable.
I am not a hermit, I leave the house every day. M/W/F I am gone 12 hours.
I dont care about people knowing or not knowing I wear Diesel, in fact if you had actually read the posts in this thread, you would know what my attitude is on such brands.
I do not want to look cool. I do not know what Ed Hardly is.
I would never drill holes in my jeans. That shit was stupid back in the 80's and makes even less sense now.
And hypothetically if I were so inclined, I would not use a drill anyway, I'd use a pocket knife.

Christ I dont think I've ever seen so much fail from one post in a jean thread before.
 
I find the 560 personally for myself are more comfortable than any other Levi Jeans I can wear. I wear then exclusively to work.
 
560 has a tapered leg and definitely more room in the thigh area. It's the only Levi jean I wear. I will say 560's used to have 7 belt loops, but a few years ago they went down to 5 which sucked.

I'd actually prefer 4 loops, at NW, NE, SE, and SW. That way I could put accessories and junk directly on my sides. My Note 2 case is huge.
 
One is comfortable to wear, the other is relaxing to wear.

I have a good idea, how about you drive to a store and try both types on.

I find the 560 jeans are more comfortable, but my wife thinks they look baggy on me and prefers the 550 jeans. Otherwise, no clue on the real differences.
 
Being short and stocky, Levis 559 are the most comfortable for me. The other day I accidentally bought 569, they are way too baggy all over for my tastes.

EDIT:
Looks like the differences between 550/559 and 560/569 are that the 0 designation sits at the waist and has a slightly smaller leg opening and the 9 designation sits just below the waist, with a slightly larger leg opening. Jeans that sit at the waist have much too high of a rise for my body.
