What's the differance in these two MB's?

I'm looking at the MSI MSI 875P Neo-FIS2R for $199 and the 875P Neo-LSR for $171. Is there a big differance besides the gig LAN?
Also, is this board better than the Asus P4C800?
 
The FIS2R has Firewire and gig lan. The NEO-LSR only supports Serial ATA Raid 0. The FIS2R supports RAID 0, 1, and 0+1 via a Promise raid chip.
