I was strolling in Walmart and I saw a VisionTek TI4200 SE 128MB for $169. I was wondering what's the difference with the normal Ti4200 128MB and the Ti4200 SE 128MB? Is it faster RAM? Higher clocked RAM, CPU, or both?

The SE version does not have video in. The last I heard Visiontek is going out of business so I would avoid purchasing one of their products.

I have a VisionTek GF4 Ti 4200 SE and the only difference that I know of between it and the non-SE version is that the SE doesn't have a DVI connector. I don't need the DVI anyways so it's no big deal for me. I like the card a lot.

But with that said, VisionTek is going out of business and with the card still costing $169 it's not worth it. There are some fine GF4 Ti 4200 cards out there for $20 or $30 less with better software packages and warranties. Shop around and avoid the VisionTek, that's my advice.
