What's the diff. Leadtek TV2000XP or WinFast A250 w/ TV in?

What's the difference in the TV in features between the dedicated TV LEADTEK WINFAST "DELUXE" TV2000XP TV/FM MULTIMEDIA CARD and the Leadtek Ti4400 w/ their TV in capabilities?

If their the same, I'll buy just the one. If not I can get both but for the vid without the TV in.

I'm very new to TV-in.
