What's the diff between nero ultra and OEM

I have Nero 5.5, but lost the damn receipt so I can't upgrade to 6 for free...
I saw outpost is selling 6 Ultra for 80-50MIR=$30, but Pricewatch is offering $6.
Is there any difference between the software/cdkey of ultra and oem?
Did google and checked manf. site.

The serials are different, since OEM (bundled) software is supposed to work with the drive you bought it with ONLY.

A colleague of mind had his Lite-On CD-RW die, and the LG he got as a replacement only had Nero Express... so he just downloaded a keygen and "unlocked" his full-version of Nero that came with the Lite-On so that it would work with the new drive. Not a nice thing to do, but what the heck, Express is so dumb...
