I'm referring to this page.

What's the difference in features, clock speeds, bundled software, etc between these?

Radeon 9000 64mb OEM DDR DVI & TV - $80
Radeon 9000 128mb OEM DDR DVI & TV - $97
Radeon 9000 Pro 64mb OEM 2 heads DDR DVI & TV - $100
Radeon 9000 Pro 64mb Retail 2 heads DDR DVI & TV - $140

Mostly its just that the clock speed is different depending on which one you get. Retail is clocked higher then the oem.

 Well it was always certainly true that Rad8500 cards varied in clockspeed depending on retail or oem, and manu too of course. The 2 heads should refer to allowing you to run dual display but this should be available on all Rad9000 cards as the important stuff are all built in to the chip. To be honest the perf diffs only tend to be about 10% perf so weigh it up with the price diffs.

:) Rad9000pro is clocked higher than Rad9000, but both are inferior and slower than Rad8500LE anyway. Rad9000=250/400 Rad9000pro=275/550 so you'd expect roughly a 20% perf diff.

;) Here's a few reviews:

Remember, 9000 is the replacement for 7500, not for 8500.

There are low end 9000 cards that have just one VGA output channel and no DVI-I, leaving the 2nd RAMDAC used for the TV out only. The non-pro flavor is slightly downclocked, often combined with lower performing RAM configurations, to make for cheaper cards, and sometimes also fanless, low power consumption cards to go into quiet PCs, older AGP 1.0 capable boards, or even PCI slots.

To tell the exact difference, you'll have to find out who made those particular cards on offer there.

Just had a look at that page - these cards all have dual output. So you choose whether you prefer silence (9000, 250/200DDR core/RAM clock in this case) over a bit more performance (9000pro, clock not stated in the ad, but 275/250 or 275/275 usually), and whether an included DVI-VGA adapter (around $15 if bought separately), an included DVD viewing application and the "built by ATI" sticker are worth $40 for you.

regards, Peter

;) Peter I totally agree, the Rad9000 is a significant improvement over the Rad7500 and also a MUCH better card than any GF4MX. It is just a shame about the naming of the card which many users may mistake as an improved Rad8500 when it clearly is not. Still no where near as misleading as nVidia's GF4MX naming, at least Rad9000 cards come with full DX8 hw, low power consumption, run cool as well as nice perf to boot!
