Whats the diference between these Motherboards?

What is the diference between the Asus K8V-SE Deluxe K8T800, and the Asus K8N-E Deluxe? Which would be the better of the two, and how is the onboard sound (if there is any)?

K8V-SE Deluxe runs on the VIA K8T800 chipset... there have been problems with PCI/AGP locks on this chipset, unless you revise the BIOS or pickup a board with a late revision on it. I am told the SATA controller is off the PCI bus.

K8N-E Deluxe runs on the NForce3 250GB chipset, runs well with a lot of features. I believe the SATA controller runs on the PCI bus. The NForce board will be a nice overclocker right out of the box with little to no problems, I'd recommend it. If you're running RAID, my MSI K8N Neo had problems running Raid on SATA 1 & 2... be safe and go SATA 3 & 4.

I didnt know it had problems. Is the K8N considered an Nforce board?
