What's the deal with this Abit AN8 Ultra?

I was just looking at motherboards and I want something that overclocks well, but is also silently cooled (no tiny noisy chipset coolers), and is a simple NF4 Ultra board, since I don't need Sli. Well, after taking a look there seems to be only this Abit, and although I've heard that Abits are good for overclocking (and indeed this seems to be a well made mobo with oc'ing in mind) I haven't heard anything about it. All I hear about is the DFi Lanparty motherboards, but I don't want one of those because my friend has one and the layout is just terrible and it's got the noisy chipset cooler. So, what is the deal with this Abit? Is it a good board or not? Link
 
some say some say no....i say good 🙂 ima get it!!!only reason i dont wanna go DFI is becuase i like abits guru software .
 
yea i do ima get the board when the opteron 165 come back into stock theres alot of thread in the mobo section on this board check em out
 
/me points below. I think my HTT maxed out around 305 MHz, but I wanted a faster RAM speed so I backed it down.
