What's the deal with Newegg's Customer Support #??

Is this a new problem? Has anyone else had this problem? It's pretty pathetic for a national retailer like that to not only NOT have a working toll-free number, but to have a busy toll number to call.

I finally got through their regular support number, and it only took me 3 minutes of time with the operator and my problem was solved. However, I got to wait for 20 minutes on hold, which wasn't cool.

Oh well, at least they took care of me.

Still ridiculous that their toll-free number is down.

EDIT: BOOO!!! Their toll-free number is working now. I tried it three times before with someone reading the number to me the third time, so I know I was dialing the right number, and I waited 5 minutes to dial just in case it was a momentary hiccup.

I too have noticed Neweggs service declining. I just ordered my parts and i had several errors which delayed shipping for almost a week. Their site is down now most of the time and their support is starting to suck. I want the old newegg back 🙁

I really like newegg because im very protective on my credit card info, and it looks alot more legit then Tigerdirect or zipzoomfly, but for my new purchase i think ill be going with those.
