Whats the deal with kazaa?

Is it still p2p or is there some charges that I should have to find out about. I d/l it and with all that is going on is it still ok to use it?

It's still ok to use, I just never share any files anymore. This keeps the RIAA off my back. Ya, it's not right, but I don't care.

Just find a link to the old Kazaa Lite (it's supposedly shut down, but you can still find it), and use it instead of the "official" Kazaa software.
