What's the deal with Howard Forums?

I registered there in 2009 but have never been able to post. I have tried accessing them several times in the last few weeks and can get nowhere. I can't post, can't access my profile. I get a message saying I don't have those privileges and my account may not have been activated. I have posted administrators there 3 times in the last few weeks at:

I have gotten no response from them and I still get nowhere at the site. I log in, it welcomes me, but I can do nothing. My email address there is the correct one, I get no email responses from the administrators. It's pissing me off. I can reregister with my alternate email address, but that should NOT be necessary. What's the problem with those people?! :hmm:

Try from a different browser/computer, or even through mobile client/tapatalk? Reregister with a different email address and then change it to your original? Look in your spam folder for activation email?

I don't know. I've been registered there since 2003 and never had any problem like this.

I figure if I use a different email address and try to change it to my preferred it will tell me that email address is already in use.

Happens on my other computers too.

I searched and found my activation email, which is marked as read so I assume I activated from it. However, I just hit the link again and get this:

We could not activate your account because this web address is not valid. Make sure that you have the entire address from the email, and that your email client has not split the address over several lines.

Please try again with the full address from the email that you received. If it still does not work, try filling in the activation form:

I hit the Activation form link, pasted in my activation code and the above message appeared again. I just hit the link to send me a "new email with activation code." :whiste:

Looking in my forums email folder I see I was registered, activated and I participated in one thread for some time...
