I recall hearing its a good thing to drink a certain amount of water a day. I have been drinking between 60-100oz a day at work. It has certainly helped me urinate more frequently and has made it clear. I didnt need help going but I go a lot more now. What other benefits am I supposed to be gaining?

If I were a hippy I'd say you were "flushing your system of the evil toxins."

I suppose it is better for me, as getting water and running to the urinals is about all the excerise I get at work.

For real? I dont get how

We're not talking about a lot. If you drink ice water your body is forced to use energy to heat the water to a temperature more suitable for use by the body. Obviously there's more to it but that's the simplistic explanation. :p

Yes, this is a benefit. Proper hydration ensures that your mucous membranes are moist, making them more effective at doing their job.

You stay hydrated and healthy. (and this is a damned good reason in and of itself)
