I just heard a new? song by Evanescence and it seems like every single song by them she sounds like she just tries way too hard and over sings.
 
Not about her singing specifically, but remember the Grammys when they won Best New Album or whatever award it was they won? She hogged the microphone and went on and on about herself, gushing to "her" fans about how they had made all the difference, and whining about how the radio stations hadn't wanted to play stuff by "a chick with a piano."

Apparently she forgot that Norah Jones took home multiple Grammys the year before. 😛

That said, I love their first album, haven't listened to the second one, and she needs to get a grip on reality.
 
Someone told me she's good looking but all of the pics she only looks decent. I mean I'd still hit it but they are making her out to be the next hottest thing.
 
She's got a great voice, has talent, looks very fine by my standards - what's not to enjoy? 😛

Evanescence is one of the few bands that can give me goosebumps each and everytime I listen to several of their songs - Amy's voice is amazing!!!
