What's the dB rating on a retail P3 slot 1 hsf?

I'm looking to replace the ol' caky one with something noiseless but one that can still handle the OC from 700-933. It's gotta be quiet! (about 22dB if possible) Also, I am guess I'd need a larger HS for it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
