What's the correct RPM for the Golden Orb?

My ASUS P3BF reports Golden Orb only 4100rpm w/1006 Beta 3 Bios. After playing games I get around 58C in the BIOS, CPU temp. The heatsink is attached properly and it feels hardly warm when the fan is working. My room temp is like 65-70F. My case is open.

On thermaltake.com it says the speed should be around 4500rpm.

My P2 AVID fan was around 4500 rpm.

Is my golden orb busted?

Thanks.

Coki: I have a Golden Orb on a P3-600 (o/c to 840mhz). It runs around 5100-5150 rpm. My temp at idle is 22-25 celsuis, after 1 hour of UNREAL, it jumps 29-30 celsuis.

The fan was purchased from Ian, 2cooltek.com

i have golden orb, but since dell sucks and no mobo displays, i have to assume that if it turns on and runs fine, that its doing its job.
