are you really supposed to hold your wrists above the keyboard while typing? I just let them rest on the plastic part of keyboard. I do a lot of typing and I don't want to end up with carpal tunnel or anything :

What about mouse and chair posture? I googled a bit and got a few different answers...what do you think is the correct way? I mostly slouch in my chair but my back's been starting to hurt, so I got a new, better chair and have been working on changing my posture.

Sit up straight, head straight up, arms forming a 90 degree angle with your wrists floating above the keyboard. Feet planted firmly on the ground with your legs forming a 90 degree angle. The top of the monitor should be at eye level. I think that's what my ergo class told me.

take your pants off, put one foot on each corner of the desk and cuff the carrot. i believe that's the most popular posture.

I normally lean back in the chair, feet on keyboard tray, with the keyboard (wireless) on my lap :p

Or with my chair turned around backwards, sit on the chair on my knees and hang over the chair.

Whatever I'm in the mood for :)
