whats the command to run benchmark of FPS in Q3?

ANyone know the command to enable in the console to figure out the avg fps in Quake 3 and Unreal?

In Q3 you type /timedemo 1 in the console. Run a demo, and when you bring down the console after it finishes the average FPS will be listed.
