whats the color blue in windows when something is selected?

I need to know that color for a VB program I am writing. Does anyone know the name of the VB color it refers to?

Yea but VB has names for color like SteelBlue NavyBlue etc.... whats the name of the actual color? anyone know?

I dont know of any text editor that will tell me the actual name.

VB's names are just constants that someone came up with a while ago. Real men use the RGB function.
