What's the cheapest place for audio cables?

I live near Best Buy, CompUSA, Cercuit City and Fry's. But I heard buying cables online is far better than offline. I know about cablesforless.com. Is that a good place to buy from? Do you recommend any other place online or offline?
I am looking for 3.5mm 12' cables and splitters.

Partsexpress isn't to bad a place to get them in general. or if you have the parts you can just make your own and buy the cable in rolls or spools

Partsexpress and Cablesforless are the ones I have in my sig. I've used both and have had good experiences with them.
