What's the cheapest PCI video card I can get with Video-In?

It depends what you want to do. Do you want a full blown video (VGA) card or just capture and TV-out?

The Pinnacle DC10+ is a very high quality capture card (that can output editied motion video to TV as well). You can also find it for ~$83 at dvdirect.com and in stores. It's capture and output clarity are GREAT, the only drawback is no Win2K or XP support (it's only 9x/Me). Pinnacle is replacing it soon with their Studio 7 product which should have great quality as well and XP support.

These are capture and AVI video out cards only, you can't output your desktop, DVD, or anything else to TV using these cards.

I want something I can use for the 2nd monitor in a dual display setup also with video in (not TV). I have a satellite dish, so a TV tuner is not going to do anything for me. I just want to be able to view the composite video signal from my satellite dish on my PC. I don't even need video out, just in.

I only saw the Rage Fury Pro in AGP. I would need a PCI card, since my AGP is going to hold my primary monitor video card.

Or, let's say I get decide to keep my Radeon 8500 (don't get me started on that though) which has built in dual display, what would be the least expensive way just to get video in. I don't need a TV tuner, I don't need video-out, or s-video. Heck, I probably won't even capture the video. I just want a way to view my satellite signal (regular old composite RCA jack) while on working on my PC.

Thanks
