What's the cheapest P4 heatsink with performance and can mount an 80mm fan?

I am looking for a cheap P4 heatsink that can mount an 80mm fan on top that perform much better than the stock heatsink. Something like $30. I forgot to mention that I overclock my P4 2.4C@3.2Ghz.

But if you have a newer P4 heatsink I wouldn't expect any drastic cooling benefits by going to another heatsink. Maybe a decline in the noise depending on the fan.

Edit: You could also go ahead and let go of another $10 and get Swiftech MCX-4000
