Fry's sells ECS board with processors for basically the cost of the processor.

check the San Jose Mercury News Friday edition, if you can get a copy at
your local library. that'll give you an idea of the deals. since the dual-cores
are selling for less than $100, chances are Fry's has ECS + CPU dual core
bundles for about the same price.
