What's the cheapest MP3 player that supports USB OTG?

On the Go? (I have no idea.)

And if that, I would assume maybe just being able to drag and drop from Windows Explorer?!?

Ack, sorry. It stands for USB On The Go. Basically it allows you to connect a digital camera directly to your mp3 player via USB to transfer and store photos. No need for a computer to act as an intermediate.
