What's the cheapest method of wiring someone money to China?

My friend needs to wire his parents money to China and he has a Bank of America account and it'll cost $45 dollars to wire, and i'm sure he isn't going to get good exchange rates on that transfer either.

Is there a better service? Thanks!
 
Moneygram, it's like 10-20 bucks (depending on how much you send) and it's a 10 minute service usually. wal-mart is the biggest chain I know of that does MoneyGram.

http://www.moneygram.com/index.htm they have a fee calculator that should be pretty close to the actual fee, i doubt most businesses will charge more than 2-5 bucks in addition to the moneygram fee.
