Whats the cheapest graphics card that can display 3440x1440?

I'm trying to find a cheapo card to run a 34" ultrawide for my friend. He only does office work so doesn't need any gaming card. I have it hooked up right now to a Radeon HD 5450 on HDMI running at 30hz. Its not that bad for office work, but would rather get it at optimal refresh rates. Most sources say it only supports 2560x1600, but it is capable of displaying 3440x1440. Since its mostly HDMI limitation, would finding some cheap old DP video card work? Like a Radeon HD 3650 with the dual DP or geforce 210 with DP?
