What's the Cheapest AGP HDCP Card for HTPC

As the title reads, what's the cheapest out there that's agp? I don't need it for any gaming, just one that is HDCP compliant.

There was a Sapphire X1550 board that was HDCP compliant, but it doesn't seem to be available anymore. If you can wait, ATI is suppose to be releasing agp versions of the HD2400 and HD2600. Despite the gaming reviews, these seem to be great HTPC cards. What are you setting up that requires HDCP? There might be some other alternatives.

well i'm going to get some form of a hd-dvd drive that will probably be connected to my htpc. My projector is obviously hdcp...

Just options to consider:

If your projector accepts an analog VGA, you should be able to output to it without a HDCP card if the video quality is acceptable.

AnyDVD HD will allow playback on any card or display regardless of HDCP support.

Interesting. But I'm running everything (pc, directv, ps3) through a hdmi switch to a projector..no vga connections..

That would only leave AnyDVD HD if you can't find a reasonable HDCP AGP card.
