What's the cheap personal laser printer that everyone raves about?

i think after a lifetime of dotmatrix and inkjets, ill finally jump on a laser.

whats the really cheap, really reliable printer that everyone likes so much? also, hopefully inexpensive, because i barely use printers that often.

actually, id kinda like to have color, because most of the stuff i print are maps/directions or recipes, so color would be nice... but willing to stick with BW laser

i bought one of those for use in a high-use situation at one of our clients... it's a special situation where it outputs sheet after sheet after sheet, then will have just enough time to spin down a sec then spit out more sheets, repeat, for 45 min x 5 times a day, works good so far

actually so do laserjet 1018s, but this was to replace one of them. the roller in the 1018 started to degrade after a couple months of this.

Color laser and cheap don't really go together but B&W have been as low as $10 AR in Hot Deals recently.
