Whats the chance Dell switches to OEM?

I know they have told people retail, but there is nothing on their website to say retail.. what if they are switching to oem now...
 
Virtually nil unless they want to start refunding everyone.
Their selling it for that price on the basis that it's Retail Boxed. Naturally if it came in OEM a hello of a lot of customers would be pissed of and demand a refund they would be justifiably entitled to. Just as they would had they ordered any product from anyone and didnt get exactly what was promised.

There's nothing on their website that says it's OEM either. What it does say is:

ATI TECHNOLOGIES
RADEON 8500 AGP 64MB DDR 2X/4X DVI Input

That sure sounds like retail to me.
