What's the book about Parents Should Eat Their Young

I did try google, but i guess my googleskills are lacking.

There's a book I remember from high school that's about why Parents Should Eat Their Young. It's a satire. I can't remember the name or the author, but I sure won't forget the subject.

Any extreme literary types out there?

It's not a book. It's an essay by Jonathan Swift called "A Modest Proposal".
