Whats the better Cpu for a server?

A duron 1 ghz (morgan core) @ 200 fsb or A T-bird 1ghz@ 266 fsb? Will be used for a CS server. Will i benefit with going with the duron becuase of it's SSE?

*but* if youre an overclocker, the morgan core might be more appealing if you cant get a good stepping on that tbird

I'm upgrading all 3 of my cs servers to 1.4 tbirds.
 
Too much money for Xp. I have 250 bucks for a server. I already have a hard drive and ram.

Talking about the mobo for the server How is that K7SEM ? Its the ECS micro-atx Sis 730 chipset. Sounds nice with Video,Audio,and Ethernet. Should I just get the K7S5A and buy a seperate vid card? Stablity is #1 for the server.
