What's the best/worst large company to work for in KY

My son is looking for an I/T related job and is going to Speed School/U of L in Louisville, KY.

Some of his choices are (in Kentucky where his girlfriend wants to stay)

UPS in the summer or second shift during school. Especially around thanksgiving/christmas holiday. Not I/T but great part-time pay for a student.

Ashland (used to be Ashland Oil) in Covington needed some IT guys last year, but I think they were looking for grads.

Lexington and Louisville are nice places for singles. Tell him he needs to get another gf. Unless this one is rich.
