What's the best way to...

Lint free cloth dampened with a bit of water. If you have something that still doesn't come off, use a bit of rubbing alcohol.
 
I use Endust for electronics on mine. Also, I use a micro-fiber cloth to do the soft cleaning. This combo works quite good.
