Whats the best way to view an office cam over the web?

I would like to be able to view a webcam in my office for security checking...how is the best way to do this?...both the office and home have broadband cable connections..I currently have a cam in the main office...what software do I need etc. will something like Laplink Pro work? thanks to anyone with some advice...
