What's the best way to 'terminate' my home theater wiring?

I mounted my plasma above the fireplace and have a reclining sofa on the way.. next step is to clean up the wiring. I currently have hdmi, component, toslink optical, and coax for HD. I use my xbox 360 for everything, the hdmi is just for 'future stuff'.. toslink is to send the hdmi audio signal back to my receiver. (the receiver doesn't have hdmi switching.)

monoprice is where I bought all my cables (all 25ft..).. Now I need to buy wallplates. Problem is that it will require like 3-4 plates.. very expensive and a large hole cut in the wall.. Is there anywhere that sells basically a single plate with these connections (or more.. I wouldn't mind vga as well..)

I use monoprice for almost everything.. they don't have toslink wallplates or keystone jacks - arg...

I ended up just ordering a 6 port keystone plate, which will be for component (3 ports), coax, and toslink.. maybe ratshack or hd/lowes has toslink keystone things..

and a seperate hdmi plate..
