What's the best way to stress my CPU?

I'd like to know how hot my CPU gets under heavy load. Right now it sits at 48 C most of the time and the case temp is about 33 C.

What do you think is the best way to really push my CPU? Looping the Quake3 demo? The Quaver demo? The 3DMark demo? Zipping & unzipping insane zip files? Thanks for the input. 🙂
