What's the best way to separate a video card's PCB board?

From the vertical metal part that connects to the monitors?

I don't see any screws. Anyone?

You need to remove the standoffs by the plugs on the PCB itself

They look similar to Motherboard standoffs

Unscrew the thingys that the DVI plugs screw into. On most cards, that's all that is holding the plate on, but some cards have additional screws that should be apparent.
