No kidding. Sounds kind of suspicious to me...

Why not use one of the legitimate money transfer services? Are you trying to hide something? Granted, they will all charge you a fee, some more than others, but that's commerce for ya...in this day of terrorism and suspicions, better to keep things open to avoid having the NSA or some other "anti-terrorist" agency come busting down your door...

why dont you purchase a prepaid debit card.

send that to the phillipines via express mail.

have the person withdraw the funds there.

It should be a lot cheaper than the Western Union fees IMO

Wow, did I get nailed for using Western Union! On top of the outrageous Western Union Fee I got nailed by my credit card company with a cash advance fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never again.

I've used E-gold with no problems, but that was so it harder to trace. I'm not sure you need that.
