What's the best way to remove conductive ink off a processor?

Any chemicals involved?

Also, can conductive ink go bad? I remember when I first cracked open my conductive ink pen, the ink was a greyish color. Now it's clear. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Rubbing alcohol and a Qtip will take off the ink. No need to use WD40. As Boonesmi said, shake your pen. As a rule of thumb, I usually shake conductive pens, paint cans etc. for about twice the time required on the lable.
