Whats the best way to recover .ZIP password?

How can I open this and extract?

Each zip file contains another zip inside of it and I cannot remember if the one inside of it was passworded as well.

What can I do? What actually works or what have you tried that actually worked?

There are a number of programs out there that should give you a password. I don't remember the one I used a while ago though.
