What's the best way to record phone conversation onto your computer?

Any hardware recommendations/methods/software? Looking for good quality sound (well, as good as phone quality is).

I have a little box that connects between the phone & handset. It provides a 1/8" line out that you could connect to a sound card, & then just record the line in from the sound card.

Shouldn't be expensive, probably a few $$$ from Radio Shack.

Make sure you know the applicable laws in your state before you start recording calls.
