Whats the best way to pull a splinter out?

If the splinters don't hurt too much, I would just put a band-aid on the splinters. Leave it on there for a while. After a day or so, the area will "prune" up. It will then be much easier to remove the said splinters. Good luck.

I concur with the sewing needle method if pure fingernail scraping/pushing doesn't work...I remember when I was younger, I had a splinter that got pretty far in, so an uncle we were visiting got a pin and took it out.....along with GIANT CHUNK OF MY FINGER. Luckily my threshold for pain is pretty decent. :)

If the splinterisn't in very deep you might be able to take your fingernail (on your thumb) and push the splinter towards the way it entered. If it is deep you might use a sewing needle dipped in alcohol to dig it out. Just take your time and be careful.
