What's the best way to go from SFO airport to...

...to Walnut Creek area in CA? it seems like a long 1 hours drive on Yahoo! Maps so I don't want to be taking taxi....

One more thing. the extension to the airport isn't done yet so you will have to pick up a shuttle that will take you to bart. They should be free, methinks.

One more thing, My parents are going there alone (my flight is 5 hours after theirs) and they probably won't know enough english to take the BART. What's the next best thing to do aside taking the Cheap Railway?

Tons of information and links. If you can, I would recommend a shuttle. It will take you from the airport to Walnut Creek for about $15-20 and much less hassle.

I used to take an airporter from marin to SFO and it was cheap, quick, and easy.
