Im kinda sick and after shouting over the music at the bars last night, I have almost lost my voice. What do you recommend to get it back? Ive tried not to talk at all today and been drinking lots of water....

Other suggestions?
 
I think that's all you can do. rest your vocal cords by limiting your talking and drink a lot of water.
