what's the best way to get from buffalo to toronto?

I was thinking of taking either greyhound or amtrak, but i'd have to wait like 4 hours for the greyhound after arrival which I don't want to do...

or better yet, if someone from ATOT happens to be driving to canada it'd be nice to carpool and split the gas money
