What's the best way to gain muscle weight?

Hello,

I have been thinking and I really would like to get a little more muscle on me. I am about 5'4" and weigh about 115lbs. So I am a scrawny mofo. What are some ways I could start gaining muscle weight.

be happy you're not 6'0" and 125. fatty 😀

work out and eat vast quntities of protein immediately afterwords. calories wont hurt either. look for specialized weight gainng powders as they will give you both.
 
Somtimes I wish I had problems gaining weight..then I realize that those who have the problem are always extremely small.

You load up on 3/4 carbs and about 1/4 protein right after your workout. You need to replenish your glycogen stores or else all that protein you're intaking in is completely useless.

Simply put - you need to work out, eat right, and rest. You can do 1/3, 2/3, but you're not optimizing your gains.
