Found a box full of old pictures from the 70's and 80's at my parents house and now I have a project I want to do.

I was thinking about picking up one of those HP printers with the 50 sheet feeder to do some scanning but not sure how the quality will end up.

I looked at those individual pictures scanners ,but that would take forever for the amount of pictures I have.

any ideas ?

I had about 200 photos that i wanted to scan - the cost to send them to someone was excessive ($250) so i just posted an add on craigslist asking if someone was willing to do it for .25 a picture. 2 days later i had all my images scanned :D
